Here are our three Quality Levels:
1. Official Language Services:
Official Language Services represent our highest Quality Level.
Official Translations include:
a) Translation by professional senior translators with:
– Educated native speaker proficiency in both the source and target languages
– Many years of experience in the translation industry
– Outstanding academic credentials
– Thorough expertise in the specific subject matter and terminology of your project
b) Extensive editing and proofreading by two or more additional language experts
c) Meticulous review by the Project Manager assigned to your project
This quality level is indicated for projects such as official, legal and medical documents, patent applications, files of highly specialized terminology, and any material intended for publication (e.g. ads, posters, and brochures).
Official Language Services represent our highest Quality Level.
Official Translations include:

Premium Translations include:

– Educated native speaker proficiency in both the source and target languages
– Years of experience in the translation industry
– Solid academic credentials
– Expertise in the specific terminology of your project
b) Editing and proofreading by one or more additional language experts
c) Review by the Project Manager assigned to your project
This quality level is our default level, applied if special circumstances do not call for other quality levels.
Premium Language Services represent our most common quality level. It guarantees a flawless translation that meets and exceeds industry standards. Most clients find the quality / cost ratio of this level best suited for the requirements of their projects.
Premium Translations include:

While the translations still have to be correct and professional, and certainly live up to industry standards, they do not have to meet the same stringent quality standards applied to official documents or material that is going to be published.
Professional Translations include:
a) Translation by professional translators with:
– Fluency in the source language and educated native speaker proficiency in the target language
– Experience in the translation industry
– Appropriate academic credentials
– Familiarity with the specific terminology of your project
b) Editing and proofreading by one additional language expert
c) Review by the Project Manager assigned to your project
This quality level is indicated for projects that include simple terminology, such as scripts, correspondence, or questionnaires.
