From Formal Certification to Timely Delivery!
Several add-on services come with our projects as required or needed. These include Formal Certification (Affidavit) , Notarization, Apostille, Electronic Format, Output, Turnaround, and Delivery
Formal Certification
All our language projects at USA TRANSLATIONS are certified. They come with our Triple Guarantee:

Upon request, a formal certification is issued. These formal certifications are sworn written statements (AFFIDAVITS) guaranteeing that the target documents are TRUE and CORRECT renditions of the original source language documents.
These certificates are presented as separate statements, with the USA TRANSLATIONS seal and the signature of the linguist or project manager in charge of your English or foreign language project.
Our certifications are accepted by:
- Federal, state, and local US government agencies
- Foreign governments, embassies, consulates, and chambers of commerce
- Universities and other educational institutions in the US and abroad
- Education and credentials research and evaluation services
There is a small additional charge for formal certifications. The formal certification should be requested upon placement of your language project. Then this charge will be included in our original written quote.
Official Notarization
Formal certifications may be officially notarized upon request. These notarizations will be executed on separate documents by a Notary Public, commissioned by the California Secretary of State.
For projects intended for the US, an official notarization is often not necessary for establishing the authenticity of a certification.
There is a small additional charge for official notarizations. The notarization should be requested upon placement of your language project. Then this charge will be included in our original written quote.
Administrative Apostille
Where indicated, an apostille will be issued by the California Secretary of State Administration. This apostille authenticates that the commission of a Notary Public is legally valid and in good standing. An apostille is sometimes indicated for notarizations on documents that will be used outside of the US.
There is an additional charge for administrative apostilles. The apostille should be requested upon placement of your language project. Then this charge will be included in our original written quote.
Any Electronic Format
USA TRANSLATIONS produces certified translations and transcriptions, as well as multilingual layout (desktop publishing), editing, and proofreading for your English and foreign language documents in any application. We are able to work in any program and accommodate any electronic file format.
Here are some of our common electronic formats: .DOC, .DOCX, .XLS, .XLSX, .PPT, .PPTX, .PDF, .EPS, .INDD, .PSD, .JPG, .TIFF, .HTM, .HTML.
Any other electronic formats are also available. If layout or desktop publishing (layout) is involved, additional charges will accrue. As long as those services are requested upon placement of your language project, these charges will be included in our original written quote.
Customized Output
You may choose the output of your language project in any electronic format. If no specific output is requested, we primarily render the output of translations, transcriptions, and desktop publishing projects in Roman characters in WORD format. The output of projects in non-Roman characters is usually rendered in PDF format. Additionally, we include output of hardcopies without charge where requested.

Should you be on a tight deadline, we offer rush processing and super-rush processing for an additional fee. We always help you stay on schedule and assist you in crucial deadline situations when every minute counts!

Safe & Timely Delivery
Our most common delivery for translation, layout, transcription, editing, or proofreading projects is via e-mail. When you place your order, we make sure that the appropriate form of delivery is selected, so that you receive your language documents on time!
These types of delivery are included with the project without charge: E-mail and FTP Service. FTP service through our servers may be indicated for large files, or to guarantee ultimate confidentiality and virus protection.
These types of delivery are available for an additional charge: Messenger, Overnight Priority, Overnight Standard and UPS Ground.
